If you are not satisfied with your product(s) ordered, you may return it for exchange or for a refund (less transport costs) within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of the product, without reason and without penalty, the customer will support the cost of the return.
The customer has the right to notify in writing by e-mail that he wants to return the order within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
The products must be returned AFTER YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US IN WRITING on e-mail email@example.com giving us the following information:
- order number;
- surname and forenames;
- The IBAN account in RON and the bank with which it is opened, with the name of the account holder if it’s not the same as the name on which the order was made
- the product delivered does not meet the specifications on the site (here we refer to color or model)
- the product is defective
We reserve the right NOT to accept return packages without prior written notice.
The product shall be returned in it’s original, labeled form without being damaged, pated or altered, without signs of wear at the address we have communicated. When you hand over the package to the courier, the product and the manufacturer's packaging must be properly packed, at least in another box or bag to avoid damaging on the road or showing signs of damage due to improper packaging.
We DO NOT accept parcels sent with a refund or with Romanian Post, which are refused without prior notice.
Return expenses will be supported by the customer according to applicable law. The return can be transported with any courier.
Any return that fails to comply with our terms and conditions will be refused. The customer is responsible for damage to the product as a result of the exchange or return of products to Reflectss.
Refund of the returned product will be made within 14 calendar days through the bank account specified in the e-mail send on our address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any product sent CASH ON DELIVERY shall not be returned without prior notice.
Reflectss offers free return within 48 hours of receiving the shipment if:
You can therefore request that the product be returned or changed to another product of the same or different value (with payment of the difference or refund of the difference).
Reflectss products pass through multiple check filters prior to shipment, but slight defects may go unobserved. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of the package for the change of product or for the refund of the order.

The value of the product / products and the initial transport fee will be refunded to your account from which the payment was made, through Mobilpay. The return from outside Romania is supported by customer.
